If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and exchanges. Interpretation and Definitions 


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural. 


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tektaak Jewellery, United Arab Emirates.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Tektaak Jewellery, accessible from
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


All sales are final, and no cash refund will be issued. 

Conditions for Exchange

In order for the Product to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 3 days
  • The item is in the original packaging with proof of purchase
  • Must not be damaged
  • Must be unused
  • Must be unopened

The following Product cannot be exchanged:

  • SALE items

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any product that does not meet the above exchange conditions in our sole discretion. Unfortunately, Item on sale cannot be exchanged. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law. For Health and Safety reasons we are not able to exchange items after 3 days from the date of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
